Our Tiny Christmas Tree IS Up

After debating myself for one week whether to put up our little Christmas tree or not, I came up with the result of putting it up for if I won't, it is going to be our second Christmas this year without our Christmas tree. I feel empty inside not having the sparkling lights and decorated Christmas tree inside the house. I am also jealous with the neighbors who already hang their lights outside their house and ours is so empty, dark and boring.

On a lighter note, this year is going to be my 4th Christmas here in the US and for that I am thankful for another year that God has given me to celebrate it with my family. Although American celebration of Christmas is solemn but I am still thankful for I'm with my husband and very own kid, Deden.

P.S Attached photos are of our cute Christmas tree with my Jadyn taken from my mobile phone, shots are blurry that's why. Digital camera is very dead still...

phentermine

Whoaaa I got Jen, one of the bloggers jealous of me. She read my posting on my other blog about losing weight and she commented on it. While I lost weight, she on the other hand is gaining while in the Philippines. I can't blame her though because filipino foods are just tempting. I would do the same if I was there too. Anyways, phentermine, a kind of diet pill is always available when she is back in the U.S. Hopefully it works so she can get rid of all the extra pounds she gained while on vacation. Are you looking for a diet pill too? Try phentermine who knows you will lose weight drastically if you give it a try.

Taking The Risk

Today I've finished painting all the trims with white glossy paint. Finally I am done with this tiring job hmmmmmp. My husband is off so he worked in the master bathroom and for that I am thankful he did the job on my behalf because I hate working there. It needs one more coating and hopefully he will do it tomorrow. I dread to paint in our bathroom for some reason, I don't know.

On the other hand, our job was a success. We've done the painting job and not leaving any stain on the carpet. If there were two or three drips of paint, we cured it right away. I am just thankful though that we got a stain resistant carpet or if not we could have left the new carpet with white paint. That would be terrible.

This is a sponsored guest post written by Ali Kendall on behalf of airfare-now.com. Post powered by Sponzai.

Just wanted to send a quick "shout-out" across the Pacific to my friend Ali in sunny Honolulu, Hawaii!

Ali runs the airfare-now.com website with all kinds of tips, coupons, strategies, etc. for findng holiday airfare deals. Now airfare comparison travel sites have come a long way in the past few years but there are still literally thousands of them to choose from. So here's a big aloha and mahalo to Ali for keeping it simple on a pretty nifty little travel website!

A 15-dollar Opportunity that Slips my Hands

I screwed up. I made a mistake! A mistake that cannot be corrected on one of the paid blogging sites I joined in which requires a PR3 blog before you can make a post of their opportunity. I let a 15-dollar opportunity slipped my hand just like that. It is quite a payout if I could have made the right thing of posting it.

I got too busy yesterday that I couldn't think straight on the things I did, with one simple mistake everything was gone. SIGH! I hope that it won't happen to me again or else I'll be left with penniless in the next month's payout. Seldom you can grab an opp this big nowadays and how could I lost it? Negligence and being clumsy are the reasons why I didn't get it.

Power Of Love

Power of Love is a simple practical guidebook that the teachers known as Alliseah share easy ways to connect to the Truth of who you are. Feel the loving energy and let them guide you to remember all you are here to be as you read their book. The love of reading is one thing that I don't have but with this book, I am intrigue to read it as it might explain the essence of human being on the planet and such. I am willing to commit my time with this one as I think it is more interesting than other books they want me to read.

Warmer and Quieter

At long last after 3 weeks of not having anything hang in the windows to keep our privacy, we finally have our curtains hanged in the bedroom. It feels warmer now and a lot quiter during night time. Unlike before, the nature sound can be heard inside and the sound of the train blaring at night time. We can hear it from here since the rail road is just 4 minutes away.

On the other hand, we have gone for weeks not having any comfortable flooring at all. Carpet and vinyl for our bathrooms haven't installed yet. The stuff are in but the carpet guy hasn't called us yet so we don't know when we can finally have our floor covered. We are hoping it will be next week, cross fingers with that because I am tired of dealing with dust when baby choose to walk in barefoot.

If I could Get Married Again

If I could get married again to the man I love whom I'm with now, I would say YES right away if there is someone who can volunteer to prepare and plan my own wedding. I promised to myself that I will not go through the same stressful preparation I once did 5 years ago. Although I was very excited with all the inquiries and stuff so that my big day will be beautiful but I could not help to be stressed. Man, you don't understand what I went through unless you have experienced the same thing. You know what I mean?

Getting married isn't just as easy as the word itself. You have to know whether the person is the right one for you. Not only that you also need to consider if your love could last forever or your marriage could shatter otherwise. Once you have decided to accept him, the marriage proposal follows then the wedding.

In my case, a month after the marriage proposal, me and my husband (my fiance then) decided to get married in October of 2004. Shortly after the date is set, the hunting of wedding dresses began. It wasn't hard for me to choose my own gown because I knew what I wanted. I have looked at several wedding gowns at a local boutique and on the internet also and then I found the very style I want to wear.

My wedding gown is almost similar to the red dress below but it was in off white in color and bluish gray flowery sequence sewed to the dress. It was beautiful in my eyes and I will not forget the day I walked to the aisle and finally marry the man of my dreams.
Wedding Dresses are all beautiful in my eyes. Every woman has different style and taste in choosing their own dresses. It can be halter, tube top, long-sleeves for a more conservative woman or A-line, off shoulder, empire strap, empire V-line and many more. Whatever it is you choose, it would be beautiful to the ones who wear it on their wedding day.

I'm In Terrible Pain Right Now!

I had my braces adjusted yesterday and now it hurts so bad. They changed the old wire into a new one which I believe is tighter than the latter that is why the pain I feel right now is almost unbearable. I hate it, it sucks! It is very painful even just a single touch to my teeth or even drinking fluids.

I wished I didn't get braces if I suffer like this. I have a baby to look after and there is no one around to do my job. I guess I just have to endure the pain, forget it for a while and focus my attention to other things and to my baby especially for she needs me. I feel guilty though for last night she tried to have my attention and my mouth was hurting so bad so I pushed her and said to leave me alone. My husband saw it and moments later he said that I'm such a bitch!

Yeah I can only be a bitch if I feel something that is very painful and sore! I hope this will get better tomorrow though for I am gonna go out and watch that phenomenal movie of the year that I've anticipated for so long.

The Twilight Sequel

Fans went crazy in L.A last night as the Twilight casts were walking past in front of the crowd to sign autographs. Nah, if I were there I would be the first one to jump on Edward and kiss him big time. As most people do, I too is anticipating for the first day of the movie, that will be this coming Friday.

Rosalie and I are definitely wouldn't want to miss the movie. For one whole year, we both waited for the second part of Twilight to be shown in theaters and that time will be this Friday. I am soooooooooo excited to finally be able to watch this inevitable vampire love story!

online backup, I need it

There are times when my laptop acting strange. I couldn't seem to comprehend why that happens. Thus, it gives me worries for I do have tons of valuable photos of my family stored on this computer and I don't want to lose them. An online backup maybe will be a good idea so when it fails on me one day, I can still have those photos kept safely through the use of a backup. After all the things that need to be done as soon as possible today, I would want to search for online backups to start saving all the important and valuable documents I have in this computer then I can put my mind at ease.

medical travel Mexico

Each time I turn on the t.v I can't hear anything being aired all the time but this mind boggling H1N1 virus. Should I be concerned about this if all three of us in this household are all healthy? My baby doesn't go out frequently and doesn't mingle with kids at all, should I still get the vaccine? I talked about this to my husband and he doesn't believe getting the vaccine is necessary. He thinks, if you are healthy then why so afraid to get the virus?

Anyways, the reason why I tackle about this is because everyday people are traveling within US and outside the country. You will never know when on the plane there are those that are infected with the virus as well. It's just beyond imaginable you breathing the same air with the ones who have the disease. So for people who travel anywhere or going to Mexico, just be advised that medical travel Mexico is always there to be of help. Angeles Health International, a U.S. based hospital is the medical travel division of the largest private hospital family in Mexico.

The Plumbers' Visit

Today we had two plumbers came over in our house as we have had problems with our toilet and tubs clogged up or shall I say they are not draining well. Twice a times it happened to us that when we attempt to flush the toilet bowl after using, the water will rise up and flushes so slow. Then last night I washed our sheets then later on I found out that the pipeline isn't working well as I saw the tubs have water in them, which is so yucky!

The questions we kept throwing to each other has been answered. After the plumbers were done with their job, one of them came to me and asked me if I remember flushing a cloth in the toilet, I said no we just moved in here. He then replied that he got a big ball of cloth after cleaning the sewer outside. Disgusting as it is but that's what he got!

love sweet citrusy scent

I can't wait for Christmas holiday to be over because that is when huge sales online or in department stores take place. The first thing I would love to buy is perfume. I plan of buying dozens of perfumes to bring as presents to my family when I go for a vacation later next year. The sweet citrusy Scent of a perfume is what I love most. I love it's scent like the one I have from Sarah Jessica Parker's first perfume, it last all day long and as the scent faded, the more it gives me more of a feminine smell all through the day.

Recently, I found www.scent.net to have all the perfumes with reasonable prices that I like. Hmmm perfect as I said, I am going to buy dozens for men and women for my balik-bayan box. I am certain that my brothers and other relatives are going to love the perfumes I pick for them.

Wholesale Merchandise Magazine

I am about to quit using my computer as of the moment because I am hungry and need to eat something for me and my baby for breakfast but then I realized I have to find for a website which I can give to my friend, a Wholesale Merchandise Magazine that is for she was asking me if I know someplace and I shall let her know if I do. I am hooked up to reading about the company so I can have a complete details to give to my friend who needs it.

Well, this company that I found is the one who owns the website www.retailersforum.com which had published Retailers Forum magazine since 1981. They are a source for small businesses to find genuine wholesale suppliers of all types of merchandise to resell at their stores, flea market booths or on line businesses. And guess what? I believe this is exactly what my friend needs in order to get started with her business.

Off To Buy A New Toilet

Home Depot has been our partner in modification of our house. We buy our supplies and tools mostly from this store. The store is located on the way to this house and is very convenient for us to just drive there and pick up stuff we need.

Meanwhile, my husband has taken out the old old toilet bowl in the master bath, so today we are off to Home Depot again to buy a new one. Man, when he did that yesterday, I couldn't afford to look at what he was doing for it was so gross. Dirt piled up around the base of the bowl and yikes it was just geeeeeez awfully gross! Good thing it wasn't me doing the job or else I can't eat for two days if I did.

black friday deals

One of the many things I look forward every year is the big sale that every store online or local have. Black Friday deals are most people love because it's the time where they can buy stuff at their lowest and cheapest price they can get in stores. Black Friday is considered as one of the largest shopping days of the year. Stores distribute dozens of excellent deals. There would be no store that is not being flooded by shoppers during this time.

I remember last year, there was one person who due to human stampede happened in Walmart store. Now you don't want that happen to you, do you? Why go with the big crowd if in fact you can just do your shopping online at the convenience of your own home? Check out Black Friday deals soon.

Felt Suffocated

I started working on my painting job in the two sinks of our bedroom as early as we finished eating breakfast. My baby was good today so I kind of did a big job in painting the trims of our bath as well as the study and closet. After three long hours of working, I decided to quit and brought the baby in the backyard.

I needed it. We both needed to be outside, I don't even remember the last time I went outside so today was a pretty good day to be playing with our dog with the baby in the backyard. When we were there, I realized I felt suffocated for staying inside the house almost everyday of my life. So I was thankful I did that.

Anyways, Jadyn was very happy she was able to get out. She played with the big broom we have out there, chasing after our naughty dog and burst out to laugh. That alone is so priceless that I treasure it forever. Seeing my baby happy and healthy makes me happy too. Ah tomorrow again, looking forward to spend time with my baby in our big backyard and probably do some running too so I lose weight even more, although I don't need to lose some!

gold initial pendant

My mother asked me for a nice present during my last visit in the Philippines earlier this year. I have given her one necklace and yet she wanted for a Gold Initial Pendant which I can give her next time I see my family hopefully next year. Now that I know what to get for my mother, I should just look for that perfect pendant online at wwww.bellatrue.com and give it to her as a surprise from us here in the States. I found one pendant with an A as an initial of her name but it's too simple. I can find something better than this one, it just takes time to dig deeper on the site.

Not Slow After All

I was told by my husband before we moved out from the old little house that we gonna have a slow internet connection here in Edgecliff Village. I was quite skeptical whether to stay in our current ISP or switch to Charter because high speed internet service is what I am used to.

Charter is the ISP of EV and therefore most people living in this area are probably into Charter. Right now, we're on ATT and so far so good ( duh even though it took as over a week to have our service back), I mean the connection itself is fast enough when I do my surfing and chatting with friends on YM.

Thus, there are times of the day that I notice it gets slow, it's ok though as long as I am not doing my paid blogging because that would surely piss me off!

diet pill that works

How many of you out there who have tried several diet pill products already and don't seem to see any results? Well, if you are one of them and still struggling carrying with your unwanted extra pounds, I advice you just keep looking for a diet pill that works. Different pill product has a different effects in an individual. To be sure, you need to read different product reviews beforehand and then decide which one you would like to take so you don't waste your money. You may do a research on diet pills and price comparison at www.dietpillcomparison.net

There's A World Outside

If my friend Rose didn't ask me to hangout with her today, I wouldn't have known that there is still a world outside our house. For almost two months, I've been going nowhere but inside the house. If I could go outside it will be just in Home Depot to buy some supplies needed to get our job started or the other place would be at a grocery store to buy some foods and that's it.

It's been almost two months I have not had gone out to enjoy the nice weather just because I got so tied up with my painting job. SIGH! When is this gonna be over? Only time can tell. I am not halfway of my job you know? I am working slowly though, I would just work anytime I want to, no pressure!

bar faucets

It feels good to have moved out from that little tiny house we used to live for over three years. We are glad that we have a place now that we can call our own. We still have so many things need to replace of the house including putting on the carpet, hard wood flooring, replacing roof and windows and most of all the sinks and faucets in each bathroom and in the kitchen. It would also be nice if we can have a bar made in our house and install nice shiny bar faucets I looked at www.faucet.com. Someday, we we are able to do a huge remodeling of our house, I would love to have those bar faucets be installed and enjoy using them.
