Exposed Acne Treatment

I'm a member of several different networking sites. Through these sites I have seen thousands of photos of people that are on my list. Some are good looking, some are average and there are also that are unfortunate enough to have not gifted with smooth skin. I mean their face is covered with acne and I wonder how can they ever let their skin go bad? I wonder if they ever tried to find for exposed acne treatment because I tell you, I have seen really severe acne infection on people's faces. Too bad though they don't really that close to me, that being said I can't tell them where to find the best acne treatment. If I do tell them I'm afraid they get insulted or upset with me.
